The company was started by solving a simple need with an everyday software tool in eSMARTforms, forms that look and print exactly the same as the government forms with the innovative features to compute taxes and transmit data to the IRS and States.

From the ground-breaking eSMARTforms to eSmartTax, eSmartPayroll and SimplePayroll, C&S Technologies, Inc. has always been focused on developing simple, efficient and high quality software for individuals and businesses. Since the exit from income tax after the sales of eSmartTax to Liberty Tax Service, C&S has developed several simple yet effective and cost effective payroll management tools & websites, specifically for small businesses.

With our deep knowledge of payroll efile, payroll tax library and efficient back office processes & operations, C&S is able to offer the best payroll management tool at extremely low cost to businesses.
